Niman Ranch 'Cast Iron' Burger with Crispy Onion Rings, Sharp Vermont Cheddar

We sat in the bar area and I really liked decor and feel of the place.  Service was great and the beer and wine list was fantastic.  The burger was very good.  It was juicy and flavorful.  The onion rings added a great texture and saltiness.  Be sure to toss on the pickles laying on the side.  The cheese wasn't very sharp and didn't add much to the overall taste.  My biggest fault with this burger was that it was rare that I got all of the flavors in one bite. The way the burger was laid out I got onion rings one bite, greens the next and then something else after that.  Overall though, quite good.   Sat next to Sue AnnMischke from Seinfeld which is always cool.
