Yaegaki Nigori Sake">My First Sake Post!! I'm a huge fan of Nigori (unfiltered) Sake but until now thought they all tasted pretty much the same. Then I tried this one. It's like other Nigori Sake's are in stereo and this one is Dolby Digital 6.1 Surround Sound. I starts our milky and fruity with the normal sake taste mixed in but then moves on to a second level. I'm going to have to try it again to describe this next level. Stay tuned!!
